A slice of meatloaf is around the same size as a decent-sized hamburger. Indeed, I’ve been known to stick it in a bun with some sauce and cheese and serve it thusly.

Bake? Maybe in your barbarian homelands, but this recipe is braised in the sauce of porcini, tomatoes, wine and porcini steeping liquor. It is quite delicious.
