#1 when I am expecting a delivery from a specific company such as DHL, Fed Ex, UPS, Only for it to have been transferred to some other mob.
Similarly when I have booked a slight with a specific airline only to find out it's a Codeshare and I am on American Airlines rather than BA etc.
