There have been a few of these stories in recent transfer windows.

I think Arsenal have actually submitted some of these bids that have been reported. but have a price in mind and just test the waters.

It's not the first time lately a club said they received and offer from Arsenal only for us to deny it. Not sure it's the best strategy as we do not follow up.

Or it's complete *******s and if you want someone to buy your player just say Arsenal are involved and loads of clubs will follow. usually Juventus
