In Canada I had a hot turkey sandwich. It was a bit odd.

I do like their breakfast sarnies - Bifana (pork) or Prego (beef). With a Maciera coffee.
For about a month in '98, I was staying on the Edgeware Rd and had breakfast every morning in a Portuguese place and they let me have a slug of maciera in my coffee for an extra 10p. Sets a chap up for the day.
