I'm going to go out on a limb here, but I think Bocuse has had his day. His food stopped developing in the 90s. If I were you I'd avoid the top end, Michelin-starred Lyon scene and eat a bouchons, where you will get the best of traditional Lyon cuisine.Quote:

I used to live in St Etienne, for a short while. There was a very good bakery. Can't remember where it was or what it was called but fantastique baguettes. Try them all and you'll probably find it. :thumbup:Quote:
