Whoever the VAR was he should be sacked and never allowed to referee football at any level.

As I said on Twitter last night, Wolves would have missed the penalty anyway but that's just a terrible decision. Very easy to apologise after the event but they should both (Ref & VAR) be sent to referee in the Women's game.
