Nearly a month off of the fags.

Here is what I have noticed so far.

I don't sweat as much as I used to. On a hot day I'd walk around with a sweaty forehead.
Even in the hot temperatures the past few days has drastically reduced.

I am not as anxious as I used to be. :cloud9:

I don't think about cigarettes as much anymore. Occasionally there is urge too from old habits.

I was very snappy the past few weeks but this has calmed down.

I've saved nearly £300 which I have used to purchase a wah pedal and a OCD overdrive pedal.

I got a cold last week which always seems to happen after stopping smoking. Was coughing up loads of **** but that's calmed down a bit now. Only a little bit in the mornings.

I don't feel as tired anymore. I used to feel like I was in a haze around 3pm. Though I've cut down my coffee too I only have 2 cups a day.

I thought I'd miss popping out for a cigarette and all that but I don't I've broken that routine now.

Still dangerous times have to be cautious.

Conclusion should have done it years ago.
