Here you can buy and sell face value tickets for Arsenal matches at home and away. There is one key rule - no Tout ing. Any posts that are offering tickets above face value will be removed, and the posters in question banned from the board. This is a facility for fans to help each other out, and we are not at home to Mr Scalper.

Enjoy! Smile

How does it work?

Each match, home or away, will have a thread below once tickets for it start to near going on sale. If you have a ticket for one of these matches you can no longer use, or want to go to one of these matches but don't yet have a ticket, browse the entries to see if there's someone in the opposite situation and then PM the poster in question. Alternatively post your request/offer (as a REPLY to the main match thread rather than as a new posting) and wait to be contacted. Please don't post more than once unless your needs change, and observe the normal rules of polite internet posting.

Does it actually work?

Yes. So long as you describe clearly what you're after/offering, and follow up with good communication about where/when to meet and exchange, it works very well for most people. Tickets do not go to waste, people who otherwise couldn't see the Arsenal play get to, and it also ensures the team get better support from the stands, rather than from empty seats.

How do I contact people or get contacted by them?

If you haven't already, you need to register to use the messageboard. Once you have, you can post a request/offer, and you can send and receive Personal Messages (PMs) to/from other people even if they (or you) are not regular board users.

By default, if someone PMs you, the email address you have used to register will receive a notification, reminding you to come back and read it. This PM is a secure message not viewable by anyone else, and is therefore the way we recommend you contact someone. We don't recommend you post your phone number or email address here directly, but it's your choice.

How do I know who to trust?

Use your own instincts about it as you would do in the real world, make sure you get a phone number, and don't be shy to ask for some ID when you meet up, etc, etc! For your ease of reference, though, here are some threads showing people's experience of other users in the past...
