He's never even played in the Carling Cup and barely plays when he's on loan at mediocre clubs in the Norwegian league! He's quite clearly shite. So why's Wenger not sold him? Nordveit has been on loan in Germany, at least the 4th strongest league in Europe and some would argue higher than that, and has impressed even playing against crap teams like Bayern Munich. He is twnty has has therefore been "in his twenties" for just over five weeks. What Wenger actually said was that he had three experienced centre-backs and would need to buy another. I expect to see Nordveit this year in the Carling Cup and the reserves and there is where he will have to prove if he's good enough for us or not. Report message to a moderator
